MRT-3 (Shaw Station)
Alight at Shaw Blvd. Station. Take a jeepney or tricycle towards Maysilo Circle (~5–10 min ride). The BOC Building is inside the City Hall Complex.

Valid Government ID
Bring any one (1) valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, SSS, UMID, Voter's ID, etc.) for security check-in at the entrance.
Visitor Logbook
All visitors are required to sign the visitor's logbook at the security desk before proceeding to the SP office.
Appointment (for Official Transactions)
For meetings with council members or secretariat staff, it is advisable to call ahead or email for a scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are accepted for general inquiries.
Free Visitor Parking
Complimentary parking is available inside the City Hall Complex for SP visitors. Inform the guard at the gate that you are visiting the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
Security-Assisted Parking
Security guards are stationed at the parking area to assist visitors with directions and available slots during peak hours (9AM–12PM).
No Overnight Parking
Visitor parking is available during office hours only (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Vehicles left after hours may be towed at the owner's expense.
PWD-Friendly Facilities
The BOC Building is equipped with wheelchair ramps, wide corridors, and accessible restrooms for persons with disabilities. Priority lanes are available at service counters.
Elevator Access
Elevators are available for visitors who require them. SP staff can assist PWD visitors in navigating the building upon request at the reception.
Assistance Available
Staff assistance is available for elderly visitors and PWDs. Please inform the guard at entry or call the office ahead so we can prepare proper accommodation.
Hand Sanitizers Available
Alcohol and hand sanitizer dispensers are stationed at the entrance and major areas throughout the building for visitor use.
Face Masks Encouraged
While not strictly required, face masks are recommended especially inside enclosed areas, in line with national health guidelines.
Thermal Scanning
Thermal scanning may be conducted at the entrance during elevated health alert periods. Visitors with fever may be asked to reschedule or transact online.
